"La Fée" refers to La Fée 69, an absinthe produced by the French distillery Marguet-Champreux, based in the Doubs region. Its bright green hue comes from the post-distillation infusion of local plants. Crowned Best Absinthe in the World at the World Drinks Awards 2023, it is distinguished by the subtle balance of its anise, delicate bitterness and fine herbaceous notes derived from the infusion of twelve plants.
