Made popular during the Belle Époque in Paris, marble bistro tables continue to be used in bars, restaurants and bistros throughout France and Europe. These tables with solid marble tops and iron legs are built in the same way as they were over 100 years ago.
Each table features a seamless, antique copper band around the edge of the marble. The underside of the table features a three-legged iron base, ensuring a stable, solid table. The entire construction of this handmade table has been faithfully reproduced from an original French bistro table from the late 19th century.
The tables can be used indoors or outdoors. If used outdoors, the brass edge may tarnish.
Please note that as with any natural stone (marble, granite, etc.), there will be variations in color, tone, grain and pattern. These variations make each table truly one-of-a-kind.
