Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item, you must include a copy of your original delivery note or a completed exchange/return form. If you can't find your delivery note, you can download our exchange/return form here. You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded here: http://www.adobe.com. Include the original delivery note or completed exchange/return form with the items you are returning. Here are some simple instructions for returning an item.

*** Ao returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization and/or a Return Merchandise Authorization number provided by Maison Absinthe. We will not accept a return without a copy of your copy of your original delivery note or completed exchange/return form. ***

Please take care to unpack and inspect your shipment at the same time. Small items are often overlooked, so please check the packing material carefully. Bubble wrap is only used to wrap goods. It is never used as a filler.

*** All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. ***

Our policy is to ship all orders complete and free of factory defects. However, if a shipping error is made, we will authorize return requests made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise altered from its original condition will not be authorized for credit or refund.

For all returns, we reserve the right to charge a 10% storage fee, or a 20% restocking fee for any item not returned in its original condition and/or packaging.

*** WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ABSINTHE FOUNTAIN NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THEY MUST ALSO BE PLACED INSIDE A SHIPPING BOX. THE PRODUCT BOX IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR SHIPPING. NO EXCEPTIONS. ***

Damaged goods

If a product is damaged in transit, please stop unpacking and notify the carrier immediately. In the event of damage, claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please notify a customer service representative by email: Info@MaisonAbsithe.fr

Please retain all original shipping cartons, packing materials and merchandise until further notice. The shipping company will not process a claim for damaged goods if ALL original shipping materials are missing or if the goods have been altered in any way.

Defective products

When you request a replacement for a defective item, remember that if the item is truly defective, we will replace it. Often, what is mistaken for a defect is simply the result of craftsmanship.
