Established since 2010 in the highest village in the Doubs department, they produce seasonal vegetables and aromatic plants. They cultivate without chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides, in accordance withorganic farming specifications.
Their certified production and harvesting grounds are located between 1100 and 1200 meters above sea level. They grow only reproducible non-hybrid varieties and reproduce some of their seeds to improve the adaptability of varieties to their growing conditions and maintain the vegetable biodiversity handed down from previous generations.
