This stainless steel water pourer is a unique server for slowly adding water to a historically correct traditional French/Swiss absinthe. To use, place the brouilleur on an absinthe glass, then place ice and water in the dripper (sugar is optional). With a small hole in the bottom of the brouilleur, the water flows slowly into the absinthe glass and begins to mix with the absinthe, filling the air with the fragrant scent of anise. Add more water/ice (and/or sugar) to taste. Remove and enjoy!
