This stainless steel dripper is a unique server for preparing a traditional, historically correct absinthe. It's yet another way to slowly add water (or sugar water) to your absinthe. To use, place the brouilleur on an absinthe glass, then place the water, ice and sugar in the dripper. With three small holes in the bottom of the dripper, the sugar water slowly drips into the absinthe glass and begins to perfume the air with aniseed. Add more water/ice or sugar to taste. Remove and enjoy!
