Distilled on the Aymonier farm from wormwood plants grown on their own plots at an altitude of 1,100 metres, this absinthe 55°, round and sweet, is the most aniseed-flavored of their absinthes, with spicy notes that balance out the sweetness of the anise.
This absinthe is drunk with 3 volumes of chilled water, with or without sugar, as an aperitif. It can also be drunk dry as a digestive.
