Distilled on the Aymonier farm from wormwood plants grown on our plots at an altitude of 1,100 metres, this absinthe superior to 72° will enchant you with its rich, aromatic bouquet derived from a traditional recipe. This absinthe benefits from a subtle green coloration resulting from a short maceration of plants after distillation. This short maceration results in a marked herbal taste with herbaceous notes. Its clear cloudiness denotes an absinthe not overloaded with green anise. Our distillation techniques emphasize the quality of the finished product, rather than quantity. This absinthe will surprise connoisseurs. This absinthe forte is drunk with 3 to 4 volumes of chilled water, with or without sugar, as an aperitif.
